Bio

Michelle Kelly is a partner at Robson Carpenter LLP, where she practices condominium law with a focus on representing condominium corporations. Her work spans the full range of corporate needs, including drafting and interpreting condominium documents, collecting common expense arrears, calling and chairing owners' meetings, negotiating shared facilities disputes, and advising on complex legal issues.

Michelle is an active figure in the Ontario condominium community. She has served on the board of directors for many chapters of the Canadian Condominium Institute and is a regular speaker at condominium industry seminars and conferences. She frequently leads client education through lunch and learns and industry events, and is the primary contributor to her firm's condominium blog, recognized as a top law blog in Canada.
