Bio

A self-described “legal nerd”, Justin’s approach to law centres on the idea of limitless potential and multi-angle perspectives. Justin is focused on finding innovative solutions to his client’s issues and fundamentally questions the “this is how it is always done” approach. Justin is driven by the constantly evolving nature of construction and development law.

Justin is involved in all matters relating to condominium management and land development. His door is always open for his clients and his colleagues. He knows the importance of being a good listener and commits himself to helping his clients maximize development potential and works with condominium corporations to ensure a positive condominium living experience for all residents.

Justin’s passion lies in the early development phase where he can help his clients explore the potential of their properties with a creative perspective. He gets the work done for his clients, understands their issues, and delivers a quality work product. As a proponent of sustainable living, Justin has a particular interest in adapting the built-up environment to account for the changing world we live in and sees the positive outcomes of brownfield redevelopment and sustainable community development

In his spare time, Justin channels his inner craftsman. He spends his time on mechanics and woodworking. You can also find Justin backcountry hiking or canoeing his way through Algonquin Park. He is not afraid to get his boots or his hands dirty.
