Bio

With a passion for condominium and subdivision development law, coupled with her previous experience in real estate law more generally, Annie approaches every client issue with the client’s end goal in mind. She works with the team to take a client’s vision and develop it into something real and successful.

Annie thrives on supporting up-and-coming developments and watching the Kitchener-Waterloo area continue on its current path of growth and development. Born and raised in the area, Annie has a great interest in contributing to the continued development of her beloved hometown.

Annie prides herself on her attention to detail, organizational skills, and timely responses to her clients. Clients can expect Annie to be meticulous in her document review and drafting. Her dedication to client projects means that she is willing to help out in any way she can.

When she isn’t learning the ins and outs of development law, Annie can be found baking (and eating cookie dough batter), spending time with her friends,  biking, running, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
