GRC's Upcoming Conference & More Events!

With so much changing in the condo industry as of late, now is a great time to take advantage of some of the courses and seminars offered by CCI. Here are some of the upcoming events: Grand River Chapter May 4-5th, 2018 - 1st Conference & Tradeshow (Kitchener) This two-day event features plenty of information for property managers, directors, owners, and others. In addition to presentations, there is a trade show throughout to give you access to companies serving condos in the area. I'm speaking about Social Media & Harassment on the Saturday afternoon and our firm has a booth. I hope to see you there! May 11th, 2018 - Conversation with Local Provincial Election Candidates (Brantford) There will be a discussion of various issues faced by condominiums, including taxation of condos, egress/ingress, and the limits of government initiatives and programs. June 12, July 17, and August 15, 2018 - Leaders' Circle  (Waterloo, Brantford, & Guelph) A panel of lawyers, engineers and managers will discuss hot topics like smoke, noise and other nuisances. There will be a roundtable discussion of local issues as well. I'm speaking on July 17th in Brantford. London & Area Chapter May 15th, 2018  - There are No Stupid Questions! (London) A group of lawyers will present on a variety of legal topics and then open the floor for questions. This is a great opportunity for some free legal advice! June 28th, 2018 - 7th Annual CCI Golf Tournament (Pine Knot Golf & Country Club, Dorchester) This is one of my favourite golf tournaments of the year. Great people. Great food. Great prizes.
