William’s focus is on the business of land development law. He handles all matters related to financing, acquisition, limited partnerships, joint ventures, co-ownerships, and other finance-focused development law matters. William also has extensive
experience in all areas of business and real estate law including acquisitions, divestitures, shareholder agreements, and complex financing arrangements.
William has a deep understanding of his client’s needs. He knows that they need timely service so he makes himself readily available, and delivers a high-quality product every time.
William’s accomplishments go beyond the legal world. A national-level figure skater in his youth, he went on to stay in the field as an official culminating in judging at the 2006 Winter Olympic Games. William took a break from law in 2007 and served
as CEO of Skate Canada for 6 years, which included a great deal of involvement in the 2010 Winter Olympics where Canada won 2 medals in figure skating. Outside of the office, William likes to stay active and enjoys skiing, golf, and tennis.
