Daniel Brockenshire

Associate

Bio

A true collaborator, Daniel works to produce the best possible results for his clients. Always willing to help a colleague or client, Daniel cares deeply about teamwork and getting the job done right. Daniel’s area of expertise centres on the overlap between both the condominium management group and the condominium and subdivision development group. With experience in both areas, Daniel is able to provide his clients with a unique perspective and an all-encompassing approach to condominium law. Daniel had a particular interest in condominium amalgamations matters.

Raised in  Kitchener, Daniel has a particularly vested interest in the development of the Region of Waterloo  and is driven by seeing communities adapt and grow. His desire to see his clients prosper is rooted in his dedication to the community.

For his clients, Daniel is not only a lawyer but a confidante. His approachability and natural openness allow his clients to feel comfortable and at ease from beginning to end. His approach to law ensures that his clients have clarity and understanding throughout the process.

When he’s not engrossed in sports, Daniel is geeking out over Star Wars and patiently waiting for his Jedi training to kick in. Daniel also plans to finish hiking the South West Coast path of England, and to that point, he is your go-to if you ever need a proper cup of tea at the office.
