2018-2019 Articling Student
As our firm’s articling student, you will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of land development, subdivision, and condominium law through your work with the firm’s land development lawyers. You will also work with the firm’s litigation lawyer on various construction law, insurance law and other litigation matters.
Your work assignments will include: assisting the firm’s land development lawyers with drafting disclosure documents for new condominium projects, handling small condominium corporation advice matters, attending examinations for discovery and motions and completing legal research assignments.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic record, a demonstrated interest in real estate law, particularly land development, and a desire to practice in a small firm environment.
